| PLACING ORDERS
To place an order, you can call us from anywhere in the United States on our toll free number. You can also e-mail us or fax us your order. When ordering please indicate the item number & quantity (specify color and logo only if necessary). Blister packaging is optional, which must be requested when placing your order.
SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. During peak season, orders may take up to 5 days. Next day air service is available; however your order must be called in before 10:30 am eastern standard time for it to be shipped the same day. All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. You must be there to receive the package. The customer agrees to pay all shipping costs. Any defective merchandise or problems must be reported within 5 days.
PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). You must send a copy of the credit card along with the credit authorization form every time an order is placed. Cashiers checks and money orders are also accepted.
RETURNS:
Returns must be sent back within 7 days of purchase. International Collection will not accept any merchandise used or damaged by the customer. All returns must be approved by our Customer service department. Please return merchandise by UPS only. NO REFUNDS, merchandise is credited to account or even exchange only.
